Here are the terms for standard depot.

The terms (CargoNet Standard Depot 2025) apply to the storage of units for rail transportation to/from terminals operated by CargoNet AS and owned by Bane NOR (Alnabru, Kristiansand, Bergen, Trondheim, Heimdal, Ganddal, Mo i Rana, Fauske, Bodø, and Narvik).
CargoNet reserves the right to modify general depot rules, prices, and free depot days for all or specific terminals with 1 month's notice.
For other terminals, the current prices and terms apply. Lifting onto/off wagons is included in the price paid by the customer to CargoNet for rail transportation. Other costs for additional services, including any extra lifts and depot fees, will either be invoiced directly by the terminal operator to the customer or passed on by CargoNet to the customer. CargoNet reserves the right to add a 10 % administrative fee when invoicing terminal costs for terminals not operated by CargoNet.
Units should be delivered as close to train departure as possible, ideally directly in the loading and unloading window for the specific train. This ensures a rational and efficient terminal operation. It reduces costs for extra handling and ensures effective loading and unloading of cargo carriers. The timing calculation starts upon entering the terminal (gate in).
Units should be picked up continuously from the start time of unloading scheduled for each train. This ensures that we maintain a rational and efficient operation at our terminals. It reduces extra handling (billable) and also guarantees our customers a quick turnaround of the equipment. The timing calculation starts upon the train's arrival at the terminal.
CargoNet will make every effort to avoid wasted trips/waiting times for customers' vehicles. Vehicles that deliver and pick up within the unloading and loading windows will be prioritized. When delivering and picking up from/to long-term depots during time-critical periods, a waiting time of up to 45 minutes per unit should be anticipated.

To ensure safe and efficient terminal operations at CargoNet's terminals, CargoNet may impose short term restrictions on delivery or depot use during periods of high demand. In such cases, CargoNet will aim to provide at least 2 hours' notice to its customers via customer notification. See CargoNet’s General Transport Terms.
