CargoNet operates throughout Norway
We have several daily departures between Oslo (Alnabru) and:
- the largest cities in Norway (Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen, and Trondheim)
- Northern Norway (Mosjøen, Mo i Rana, Fauske, and Bodø)
- Kiruna–Narvik
We also operate between Oslo (Alnabru) and Southern Sweden.

Trainload services
This is the term for our customized train solutions. We transport, among other things, timber, aviation fuel, and ore. Our industrial train segment offers a unique solution: one customer – one train. This provides a sustainable transport solution for everyone.
Intermodal services
This is our offer to customers with their own load carriers (container/trailer) that are approved for rail transport. The transport solution is based on train shuttles with daily departures between the largest cities in Norway, and between Norway and Sweden.
Distribution services
We offer complete distribution services that cover the entire journey from door to door. Whether you need help transporting your goods to our terminals or further to your receiving location, you can rely on us for a seamless experience.
Customs services
CargoNet’s customs department offers a wide range of customs services for transport on our trains. If you need assistance with the customs clearance process, you can rely on our customs specialists to handle it efficiently.
