How to send your freight with CargoNet
Our freight trains carry trailers, swap bodies and containers from 20 to 45 feet as well as tanks. CargoNet specialises in carrying freight for commerce and industry.

How to enter into a transport agreement:
- You must own or rent a freight container, which is approved for conveyance by rail. This means that the container must be equipped to facilitate lifting on and off a train by a forklift truck or crane.

- Our sales consultants help you find the best transport solution to suit your needs. They have thorough knowledge of alternative times, prices and conditions. They will help you draw up a transport agreement, which deals with all essential aspects of your shipment.
- The transport agreement will consist of:

b. Any additional services related to the transport. Read more about our online services and distribution services.
c. Prices, terms of payment, complaints, duration of agreement, notice of termination and solution of disputes will also be handled by the agreement.
- The customer number you are given in the agreement is used when booking.
- Web booking password. The password you receive will enable you to book your shipments directly on the Internet. Read more about Web booking here.
- Reference number for your shipment. When you book a shipment, you will be given a reference number to be used on delivery of the freight container/vehicle to the freight terminal.
