CargoNet offers integrated IT services. This means Electronic Interface machine to machine or on web. Amongst other, this gives you updated information on the booking, track & trace, invoice, status and an overview of spare capacity in our shuttle trains.

Through our customer portal, you get updated information useful for your business:
Web booking:
- Booking confirmation sooner than with other methods
- Minimal booking errors, thus fewer claims
- Send your documents as attachments to your booking
- Provides an overview of available capacity in our intermodale train in Norway and between Norway and Sweden
Follow your shipment with Track and Trace
Invoices:
- Invoices by mail (pdf and excel)
- E-invoicing in the xml (e2b standard)
